Personal Profile

Zhou Yongchao, also known as Chanmo, was born in Chengdu, Sichuan, the Land of Abundance. He is Vice Chairman of the Artists Committee of the National Network of Poets, Calligraphers, and Painters, a member of the China Calligraphers Association and China Artists Association, a member of the China Hard-Pen Calligraphy Association, Director of the National Federation of Famous Artists in Painting and Calligraphy, a member of the China International Artists Association, and a Standing Director of the China Cultural Arts Research Association. Rooted in the folk tradition and immersed in brushwork for decades, his works have won multiple awards in national competitions.
