Luo Chicheng,born in 1975, originally from Sichuan Renshou, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Liaoning Normal University.
1999 Painting artist for Pacific Long-Haul Navigation.
2008 Selected for the commemorative exhibition of the Wenchuan 5.12 theme artworks.
2009 Selected for the Liaoning region of the National Art Exhibition, work "Red Memory 1" was accepted.
2009 Selected for the PLA Art Exhibition, oil painting "Camouflage Array" won the PLA Outstanding Award and the Navy First Prize.
2010 Three works were selected for the national "Road to Revival" thematic painting exhibition and are collected by the National Military Museum.
2011 Participated in the Blue Culture Research Program.
