Rao Yongcai, male, Han ethnicity, was born in 1953 in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province. He is an associate professor who has long taught Chinese language at secondary specialized schools and universities. He has successively served as Vice Chairman and full-time Secretary-General of the Neijiang Municipal Committee of the Jiusan Society, a member of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Jiusan Society, a standing committee member of the Neijiang Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, and part-time Deputy Secretary-General of the Neijiang Municipal Committee of the CPPCC.He began practicing calligraphy from childhood and has a deep passion for the art of calligraphy. He has extensively studied ancient and modern famous calligraphy works and various styles, carefully absorbing their strengths and striving to integrate them into his own distinctive style.
