Yao Jiyue, courtesy name Hanzhang, pseudonym Hechen Jushi, is from Pilou District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, born in 1981. She has been painting since childhood and is a National First-Class Artist, an officially registered painter in the China Cultural Arts Talent Database, an artist of the One Belt One Road Silk Road Cultural Exchange National Gift Project, and an入选 painter in the China Influence Figures Database of the program "Decision China." She has published multiple books on gongbi painting, including "Detailed Steps of Yao Jiyue's Gongbi Bird-and-Flower Painting," "Mastering Gongbi: The Lotus Volume," and "New Methods of Gongbi Bird-and-Flower Painting." Her works are collected by numerous institutions and individuals both domestically and internationally, and have been selected for inclusion in the "China Painting Annual," "China Painting Circle," and the design of state gift porcelain. Her artwork was presented as a national gift to the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan and has been issued nationwide by China and U.S. Postal Services in the form of stamps and postcards. She is currently a painter at the Ink and Wash Danqing Art Academy of China Education Television, a Standing Director of the China Art Society, and Director of the Yao Jiyue Art Museum in Pilou District, Chengdu.
