Sha Yongning, styled: Jiuyanquan Ren,pen name: Wan Shi Shang Yu.Han Chinese, native of Xining City, Qinghai Province. Born on February 19, 1965, he has loved seal carving since childhood and is self-taught in the art. His works have been exhibited in numerous provincial and national exhibitions, receiving high artistic acclaim. In 2014, he joined the Qinghai Hehuang Yantian Painting and Calligraphy Institute and the Qinghai Yunfeng Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute. In 2015, he joined the Qinghai Western Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Qinghai Western Lanting Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Qinghai Art Friends Association, Qinghai Damei Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Qinghai Sihan Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and the Qinghai Cadres' Painting and Calligraphy Society.
