Personal Profile

Zhong Qibao: Art name, Shanren Jiulin, born in 1961 in Chenjia Village, Lijia Mountain Town, Huzhong County, Xining City, Qinghai Province. Since childhood, he has loved painting; after graduating from high school, he self-studied art in his spare time, learning from books, focusing primarily on peonies, plum blossoms, landscapes, and more…… In 2017, through the Kuaishou platform, he connected with many master painters, learned from their strengths and compensated for his weaknesses, elevating his artistic skills to a new level. He is a student of Master Yan Shi from the Xie Mei Ge studio. Under Master Yan Shi’s meticulous guidance, his compositions are ingeniously structured, natural, varied in posture, full of vitality, and lifelike. However, the path of life is endless in learning; to contribute my modest efforts toward promoting and carrying forward China’s traditional ink painting art, I will continue to strive diligently.
