Personal Profile

Li Fengye, styled Yixue, also known as Moqing, is a member of the China Contemporary Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Vice President of the Shijiazhuang Branch of Hebei Province Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and a member of the China Huaxia Wanlixing Calligraphy and Painting Association. He is a full-time painter at Yixuan Art Academy. Born in 1953, he has been passionate about painting since childhood. He studied under Master Xu Zhan, Dean of the China Academy of Flower-and-Bird Painting, Professor, and Ph.D. Supervisor. He attended the Advanced Research Class at the China Academy of Flower-and-Bird Painting, dedicating himself to the study of traditional Chinese painting theory and techniques. He specializes in creating works featuring ink grapes, gourds, and traditional subjects. His style is free and elegant, with fresh techniques, delicate brushwork, and refined elegance. Drawing inspiration from life, his paintings are imbued with the spirit of nature, earning high praise from art enthusiasts and experts alike. Many of his works have been exported by art institutions and collected by international friends.
