Wang Zhiquing, male, styled Yushenshan Ren, born in February 1962, holds a bachelor’s degree, and is from Qichun, Hubei Province. He is a middle school fine arts teacher, specializing in Chinese ink painting, particularly skilled in detailed (gongbi) and freehand (xieyi) figures, birds-and-flowers, and landscapes, with a distinctive style in painting peonies; his works are widely collected among the public.
After evaluation by experts from the Chinese Academy of Academies and recognition by the Center for Evaluation of Titles and Market Values of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters, he has been certified as an“Senior Calligrapher and Painter”; his artwork market value is set at RMB 3,000–5,000 per square foot; he has also been rated as Level Nine by the National Art Evaluation Committee and permanently recognized as a“Chinese Calligrapher and Painter” by the Qualification Evaluation Committee of Chinese Academy of Academies.
