He Huimin, also known as Hui Ming, courtesy name Bu Min, is from Xiantao City, Hubei Province; a member of the China Democratic League; a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association; a council member of the Hubei Calligraphers Association; Deputy Director of the Seal Script Professional Committee and Head of the Chu System Character Research Society; Vice Chairman of the Hubei Painting and Calligraphy Research Society; President of the Hubei Chu Bamboo Slip Calligraphy Research Institute; researcher at the Hubei Calligraphy Research Institute; Director of the Creation Department of the Hubei Zhongliu Seal Society; chief lecturer for the general education calligraphy course at Wuhan University; visiting professor at Wuhan Polytechnic University; a member of the China Couplet Society; Vice Chairperson of the Yecao Poetry Society.
