    Zhao Hui, male, born in July 1959, Han ethnicity, from the hometown of Boju in Xiangcheng. Graduated from the Art Program of Huaiyang Normal School in 1981, later completed studies at the Beijing Ink Art Research Institute, studying modern Chinese ink painting under teachers Liu Cunhui and Shi Qi, specializing in peony and bird-and-flower painting. His works have been selected and awarded in numerous provincial and national-level exhibitions. The peony painting "Flowers Bloom in Wealth and Honor" has been collected by institutions and individuals both domestically and overseas. Currently a member of the Henan Provincial Artists Association, a member of the Henan Provincial Calligraphers Association, a council member of the Henan Province Bird-and-Flower Painting Research Society, and president of the Xiangcheng Branch of the Henan Province Bird-and-Flower Painting Research Society.
