Zhao Guoqing, styled Tianyu, art name Tianshan Pavilion, nickname Hei HuYang, Daoist name Gao Yi. Has loved painting and calligraphy since childhood, currently a member of the China Artists Association,Master of Applied Arts,Member of the Xinjiang Branch of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Council Member of the China Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Artists Association, and Member of the Presidium of China Painting Shengsheng China.
In 1992, his calligraphy works were included in the Collection of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy Celebrities' Handwritings.
In 2004, his calligraphy works were compiled into the Dictionary and Iconography of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers.
In 2016, the Xinjiang Artists Association and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Artists Association jointly organized the Zhao Guoqing Art and Calligraphy Exhibition.
