Wang Haiming

  Wang Haiming, style name Huihao, male, Han ethnicity, born in June 1957, from Kaifeng City, Henan Province, graduated from university, member of the Communist Party of China; formerly served as factory director, propaganda committee member, and organizational committee member of a provincial enterprise subsidiary in Henan Province; member of the Kaifeng Calligraphers Association, member of the Kaifeng Elderly Painting and Calligraphy Research Society, member of the Kaifeng New Area Calligraphy Association; his works were selected for the 23rd and 24th Mass Calligraphy Exhibitions hosted by the Henan Provincial Calligraphers Association, and the "Commemorative Exhibition on the 50th Anniversary of Jiao Yulu's Death." He has been awarded a permanent collection certificate by the Lanqiao County People's Cultural Center; in August 2014, his work was selected for the 7th China Chongyang Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition "Hongping Cup"; in June 2014, he personally wrote at the 27th World Hakka Clan Reunion Conference, receiving high praise from Kaifeng Mingren Yayuan Culture Communication Co., Ltd.'s calligraphy exhibition. His work was also selected for the Global Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Dragon & Horse Public Welfare Contest and permanently collected by the organizers.
      Since childhood, he studied calligraphy under the guidance of renowned Kaifeng calligrapher Master Niu Guangfu. In his youth, he practiced regular script and initially learned calligraphy at the Senior Cadres University of Kaifeng City under the instruction of Teachers Han Weiyeh and Wang Yancheng, diligently studying calligraphy techniques, writing every day, researching historical calligraphy materials, and participating numerous times in national and provincial-level mass calligraphy exhibitions. He is passionate about designing and creating applied arts, specializing in running script, cursive script, and imitation of Wei-style brushwork; his works have been shortlisted by provincial calligraphy associations. 取消
