Xue Zhongyi, Member of the China Calligraphers Association
Xue Zhongyi was born in 1953 in Yuzhou City, Henan Province, and holds a college diploma.
Mr. Xue Zhongyi has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood, diligently studying and practicing the styles of Wang Xizhi, Wang Xianzhi, and Mi Fu. His brushwork flows with elegant ink tones, blending strength and gentleness. His works are majestic, robust, bold, and expressive, earning high praise from society and experts alike.
Mr. Xue’s works have been included in the "Comprehensive Exhibition of Chinese Masterpieces" and the "Grand Canon of Prosperous China." They are collected by the Songpo Association of Korea and the Sutra Library of Shaolin Temple on Mount Song. He has won over thirty awards in exhibitions organized by Xuchang City and Henan Province for mass calligraphy and painting.
Mr. Xue Zhongyi currently serves as a member of the China Calligraphers Association, committee member of the National Federation of Famous Artists in Painting and Calligraphy, council member of the Henan Calligraphers Association, president of Zhang Liang Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, executive vice president of the Henan Social Workers Charity Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and vice president of the Xuchang Charity Academy of Calligraphy and Painting.
