Xue Xingcai

 Xue Xingcai, pen name: Gengfu, from Jiyuan City, Henan Province, engaged in calligraphy, painting, and sculpture art. Member of the China Calligraphers Association, National First-Class Artist, Member of the China Arts and Crafts Association, Member of the China Society of Arts and Crafts, Member of the China Folk Artists Association, Member of the China Four Treasures of the Study Association, Senior Arts and Crafts Artist, awarded the title of "Henan Arts and Crafts Master" by the Henan Provincial People's Government, Chairman of the Jiyuan City Artists Association. Numerous works have been collected by national, provincial, and municipal official institutions and collectors from all sectors of society.
