Personal Profile

Yu Xiaocheng: A native of Da Zhong Township, Baiquan County, Heilongjiang Province, he has loved calligraphy since childhood and has won multiple awards in calligraphy competitions both within and outside the province. He formerly served as the Party and Masses Secretary of Xingguo Township, Baiquan County, and later as the Party Secretary and Township Mayor of Shizhong Township. He was rated a national model individual in the "Two-Five" Legal Education campaign, attended the Northeast Three Provinces Militia Work Model Conference, and was received by Li Desheng, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and Commander of the Shenyang Military Region, and Liao Hansheng, Political Commissar. In 1979, he was rated a provincial model in afforestation and received an audience with Provincial Party Secretary Yang Yichen. In 1991, the Baiquan County Committee issued a document calling on all Party members and cadres throughout the county to learn from Yu Xiaocheng for his role in capturing a murderer. After retirement, I, together with other retired leading comrades from the County Party Committee, the County People’s Congress, and the County Government, established the "Heilongjiang Province Baiquan County Da Zhong Intermediary Service Center," where I serve as General Manager.
