After the year Bingzi of Guangxu, the thatched hall was built for 22 years. Yu Yue combined the "Xiang" with Dai's "Mountain Dwelling Picture" into a single scroll. Li Hong's postscript is dated to the year Dingchou of Guangxu, and Long Song's "Ode to the Fragrant Snow Thatched Hall" was composed for Pan Zunqi's seventieth birthday. According to the postscripts of Ji, Zhang Yu, Yang Zhong, and Jiang Yinqiu, Pan Jiru's "He Zizhen's Official Book 'Xiang Tang'" retains the original frame, and Geng Zi sought Gu to supplement the painting; it can be known that at this time the central painting of the scroll was still painted by Gu. Now we can see that the central painting of this scroll is painted by Cheng. From Jiang's postscript, it is evident that during the autumn of Dingchou, this scroll was plundered and the painting within was torn away, yet traces of He and Li remain. Additionally, see Cheng's work for Pan Shiyi, "..." Because it was placed in a pool and mounted as a scroll, once framed, the remnants of joy were restored into a perfect wall. At Pan Jiru’s request, Jiang Yinqiu supplemented Pan Zunqi’s original seven-character regulated verse and three poems, which were included in Cheng’s postscript.
