Xu Jianhua, from Lanzhou, Gansu, is known by the art name "Buzheng Jushi" and "Master of Buzheng Studio." He is currently Vice President of the Gansu Mingyang Tianxia Self-Media Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a council member of the Gansu Rulin Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a academician of the China National Academy of Painting Lanzhou Branch, a council member of the Lanzhou Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, and a member of the Lanzhou Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Association. For many years, he has been responsible for publicity work in government departments and financial institutions, possessing a profound understanding of calligraphy art. He has long dedicated himself to studying, exploring, and practicing calligraphy, adhering to the principles of learning from ancient masters without being bound by tradition. His works have won awards in national online calligraphy and painting competitions, and he was prominently listed in the Western Calligraphers and Painters online voting event hosted by China Guanwang, earning the title of "Netizens' Preferred Influential Western Calligrapher and Painter." He actively participates in charity calligraphy and painting donation activities, showing care and support for orphaned, disabled, and disadvantaged children in Lanzhou. His calligraphy works featuring Chairman Mao's poetry were exhibited in the "A Su Cup National Master Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" commemorating the 125th anniversary of Chairman Mao's birth and the 42nd anniversary of his passing. He was also honored on the prestigious list during related events of the Gansu People and Entrepreneurs Spring Festival Gala hosted by Gansu Television Station.
