Personal Profile

Shu Shangyi, also known as Huiyun Tang, is a professional painter and calligrapher. He graduated from the Advanced Research Class of the Huangshan Academy of Painting and Calligraphy in Anhui Province in 1987, studying under renowned artists such as Guo Gongda, Tong Naishou, and Liang Huazhong. He is currently a member of the Anhui Artists Association, a member of the Hefei Artists Association, a council member of the Chaohu City Artists Association, and a member of the Hefei Calligraphy Association, specializing in Chinese landscape painting.
